Email Counseling
Email counseling is an option for people who feel they are better at expressing themselves in writing. Time is based on the minutes required to read and respond to your email. We recommend at least 30 minutes for your initial ("intake") session. Following sessions can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes in length. You'll find our fee chart listed below.
Phone & Webcam Counseling
Phone and Webcam counseling allows for more in-depth discussion about your concerns. We recommend one hour for your initial ("intake") session. Following sessions can be anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes. If you're located in the U.S. we can call you so you won't be responsible for the long distance phone call. You'll find our fee chart listed below.
